"Being everything from a recreational rock climber to a bike racer you would think I knew about every muscle in my body's core structure, but funny enough I never really thought about it until my core actually became strong. My body was apparently quite off kilter when I first started working with Jennifer, she was a patient educator (still is), and she continues to help me strengthen my body in a long term way. I don't need to go to the chiropractor every other week because my muscles are strong enough to hold my bones in place. I have become aware of my core as the axis on which I perform the various activities I do, not only without falling on my face, but with greater ease and balance. Everyone knows core strength is good for them, I would have been the first person to tell you to do core work 2-3 times a week, but "core" can be a very general term and I always thought of it as the six-pack abs I saw on the cover of Runner's World magazine. Jen has made me aware of the muscles that actually support my spine - we'll call it the backbone of the human skeleton, because it is - the muscles that wrap around the deeper structures that truly balance you, where all your movement should be rooted. Jennifer is efficient and precise in her work, she expects you to work hard which garners great results, I can't recommend anyone higher."

“The changes in my body are nothing short of amazing. I had attempted to get in better shape over the last 2 years and was able to reduce my weight from 205 to 195. After working with Jennifer for 6 months the results were just plain great. My weight is now 155, down 40lbs. This was a gradual decrease over 6 months spending 1 hour a week working with Jennifer.
